Teaching Staff Members of SSPES’s Goa Multi-Faculty College participated in Guru Srujan 2015, a Cultural Event for College Teachers organized by S.S. Dempo College of Commerce and Economics at Taleigao Community Centre on 1st December 2015. For this full day event, Ms. Sonam Gondlekar was appointed as a Teacher Coordinator and she along with Mr. Eknath Shirodkar, Mr. Kaustubh Kamat, Ms. Kalpita Naik, Ms. Pooja Palyekar, Mr. Subasish Mohanty, Ms. Dhanashree Naik Dessai, Ms. Kalpita Naik and Mr. Vinod Malik represented GMFC for varied Competitions.
Principal of Goa Multi Faculty College, Dr. Manasvi Kamat was also present throughout the program to motivate and boost the confidence level of all the staff members.
The First event was Yahan Ke Hum Hai Sikander (Icebreaker) wherein Mr. Kaustubh Kamat, Ms. Kalpita Naik, Ms. Pooja Palyekar, Ms. Dhanashree Dessai, Mr. Subasish Mohanty and Mr. Vinod Malik participated.
Another event was Treasure Hunt wherein Mr. Eknath Shirodkar and Ms. Sonam Gondlekar took part. Ms. Dhanashree Dessai and Ms. Kalpita Naik participated in Rangoli Competition and made a Rangoli with Save Girl Child as the theme. Ms. Pooja Palyekar, Ms. Dhanashree Naik and Ms. Sonam Gondlekar were a part of dance team whereas all the teachers participated in a Fashion Show and depicted attires of Bollywood, Hollywood and Tollywood Divas.
It was indeed a fun and pleasurable experience for all. Though College dint receive any prizes, it was a real great learning experience for all.
