SSPES’s Goa Multi-Faculty College organized a Farewell Function for its first graduating batch of TYBCom and TYBBA students on 22nd March 2016.. The function was organized in the premises of Sanjeevani Sugar Factory Hall, Dharbandora and lasted till 6.00 pm.
The first part of the program was a session by Mrs. Poonam Shirsat (Owner – Amon Ra Training Solutions). While conversing on the topic “Positive Attitude in life” she emphasized on how adopting positive and optimistic outlook in life can contribute to personal & professional excellence. She outlined 7 principles which every individual needs to adopt in order to develop optimistic outlook. She especially, urged studentsto engage in behaviors like giving and accepting of compliments as it instills the element of positivity in our surroundings. This interactive and fun filled session lasted for 1hr from 2.00 to 3.00 pm
Formal function was immediately followed by Cultural program which was managed by SYBBA, SYBCA and SYBCom students. Program comprised of sizzling dance performance by First and Second Year students. Ms. Laksha Chari, Mr. Ritesh Malik enthralled everyone with their melodious voices. Mini games were also held for TY students like arm wrestling, bursting balloon, paper dance and several other spot prizes were given for person with best dress, smallest mobile etc.
Overall, event was a great success and planned and managed by Farewell Committee comprising of Ms. Sonam Gondlekar, Mr. Kaustubh Kamat and Mr. Neelesh Morajkar under the mentorship of Principal Dr. Manasvi Kamat.
