On 29th July 2017, Industry Connect Committee of Goa Multi-Faculty College organized session for SYBBA and TYBBA HR Specialization students on “Best Practices in HR at Lupin Pharma Ltd”. This session was facilitated by Ms. Bilquees Anjum (HR Manager – Lupin) and Ms. Shreya Kunde (HR Executive – Lupin). Program began with welcome address by Principal Dr. Manasvi Kamat who urged students to acquire inputs shared by Resource Persons with an open mind. Further both the presenters’ highlighted major achievements of Lupin Pharma and in detail outlined activities of HR Department. Specific emphasis was being laid down on how functions like Recruitment & Selection, Job Analysis, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Appraisal is carried out at Lupin Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Ms. Anjum elaborately with examples explained various signature programs initiated by Lupin. Through the session students gained insights about practical know how’s of the industry. Program was coordinated by Ms. Sonam Gondlekar.
