To unleash its vision of Competency Building and Continuous Professional Development, HR Club of Goa Multi-Faculty College organized 3 hrsPersonal Grooming Workshop on 12th March 2016 from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm in the college premises for FYBBA, SYBBA and TYBBA HR students.
The Club invited Mr. Ravi Shirsat, Certified International Trainer and Owner of Amon – Ra Training Solutions as a Resource person to address the students on practical aspects of grooming. His experience of 18yrs in the field of training was clearly evident during the course of his interactions with the students. He made students understand the essence of grooming, mannerisms, and etiquettes through role plays rather than pure lecturing.
Emphasizing on the relevance of grooming for the BBA Students, he narrated how understanding of personal grooming can help BBA students advance in their personal and professional lives. His workshop primarily imparted practical grooming skills to students. He taught them the basics of dressing, color matching/combinations, knotting of tie, basics of hair combing and so on.
It was indeed a power packed workshop with a perfect blend of learning as well as fun. Workshop was an enlightening and enriching experience for students and all enjoyed it to the core. Program ended with Vote of Thanks & presentation of memento by Ms. Sonam Gondlekar, Convener of HR Club.
