As we say that blood is essential to our body, without blood the body is nothing and life is no more. As to spread an awareness of blood donation among the students as well as to save the life of person indeed of blood.
The Goa Multi-Faculty College Dharbandora, had organized its 1st Blood Donation camp in association with Goa Medical College Blood Bank unit at their premises.
Around 90 students had given their willingness to donate their valuable blood but after examining by GMC doctors only 38 students have actually donated. From the Teaching and Non- teaching staff, nearly 07 staff members donated their blood.
Apart from busy schedule of teaching, non-teaching staff and students, all of them have taken an initiative to support the Blood Donation camp.
