The SPES’s Goa Multi-Faculty College,Dharbandora, Goa, organized a pre-Christmas celebration and school item distribution drive. The visit was conducted on 23rd December 2023 by the Anganwadi committee, which consisted of Prof. (Dr.) Shaikh Mohammad Parvez Al-Usmani (Principal), Ms. Sonam Gondlekar (convenor), Ms. Milan Gaonkar, Ms. Sequoiah Eunice Fernandes and Mr. Prasad Kamat. The program began at 11.00 a.m. and went on till 12.30 p.m. The activities conducted during this anganwadi visit has been very eventful. Activities such as engaging in art, craft, Dance and, managed by student volunteers of GMFC namely Ms. Natasha Naik-FYBCA, Ms. Arati Gaonkar-FYBCA, Ms. Sanika Gaonkar-FYBCA, Ms. Nirali Indwar-FYBCA, Ms. Supriya Thakur-FYBCA and Mr. Pranav Thosar-FYBCA, together made this day a successful one. It’s a matter of great importance to us that the children at the anganwadi learn to develop their overall social, emotional, Cognitive and intellectual skills and excel in whatever they do and be role models in the society.
