On 21st July 2018 Goa Management Association in collaboration with AIMA, Business Goa organized Lecture Series Program HRConnect at Hotel Crown, Panaji – Goa. Program was attended by HR Professionals, Academicians and Students from all over Goa. Eight Students of TYBBA (HR Specialization) from Goa Multi-Faculty College along with Faculty Member Ms. Sonam Gondlekar also attended the program.
Program comprised of two sessions of prominent personalities in the field of HR. First resource person was Mr. Siddhiqi, Chief Mentor at Maruti Suzuki Ltd. He beautifully outlined the HR Practices at Maruti, with a special focus on Leadership Practices, Competitive Strategies, Vision and Employee Involvement Practices.
Second Session was by Mr. Udayan Dutt, Head Human Resources at Reckit Beckinser. He conversed about the practices employed by his company to keep organizational culture alive. With examples he explained how values such as Responsibility, Ownership, Achievement, Entrepreneurship and Partnership are being practiced by Beckinser.
Both the sessions were very informative and fruitful and enjoyed by the students to the core.
