Ms. Sonam Gondlekar holds Masters degree in Psychology (HRM), is NET qualified and a Certified Trainer of JCI India. She has 1yr of Teaching and 2yrs of Industry experience to her credit. In a span of two years, as a Consultant & Corporate Trainer, she has taken more than 150 training sessions for Corporate, Educational Institutions, Goa Government, Youths, Self Help Groups, Clubs & Associations. Her prime areas of focus have been Behavioural Training, HRM and Psychometric Testing. She has been in association with GIPARD, ICAI, CIBA, CBWE as visiting faculty for last several years. She is an ardent reader, with a special liking for novels & management books and also a keen traveler, loves travelling and has travelled extensively.
