The Consumer Welfare Club of Goa Multi-Faculty College, Dharbandora, in collaboration with the Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Govt of Goa organized a session on “ Consumer Protection in the Digital Era: Rights, Remedies, and e-Jagriti ” on 22nd January 2026. Dr. Gaurav Gopal Naik, Assistant Director, Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Government of Goa, enlightened the participants on consumer rights, digital safety, and e-Jagriti online grievance redressal mechanism.
