Inter- Collegiate Badminton Tournament was organised by Goa University on 22nd july 2015 at SAG Indoor Complex Campal, Panaji.
The tournament was inaugurated at the hands of Shri. Milton Fernandes, Asst Director of Physical Education and Sports, Goa University followed by his motivational speech. The college Directors of physical education of various colleges across Goa were present along with their students. The tournament began at 9.30 am.
Total 38 college teams participated in men’s section and 35 teams in women’s section. 5 boys and 4 girls represented GMFC in the tournament. The students who participated are as under:

In womens section our college defeated Goa College of Fine Arts by 2-0 and lost in the 3rd round against SS Caculo College Mapusa. The tournament ended at 6.00 pm on day 1.
