A little lilting music, the creamy cake, new faces, smiles and resounding laughter—yes it was a party organised by Students of Commerce of Goa Multi-Faculty College, Dharbandora, for its First year B.Com students with great joy on 1st July 2017 at the college premises. Principal, Dr. Manasvi Kamat, along with Faculty members and student has inaugurated the event with a cake cutting ceremony.
It was a fun filled event. The aim of celebrating this day was to make the juniors feel welcome and to interact with them. Senior students organised many games for their juniors, and gave away many interesting spot prizes.
A contest was also organized for the Mr. Fresher & Miss. Fresher 2017 Title. The contest included rounds involving a ramp walk, talent show, questions and answer session by the judges. Mr. Kundan K. Jangali and Ms. Lishma N. Parvatkar were crowned Mr. Fresher and Miss. Fresher 2017 respectively. At the end of the event, students were invited to just chill out and dance freestyle to the music playing in the background.
The program ended, leaving behind sweet memories to be cherished forever.
