Prof. Atmaram Gaonkar, Coordinator, Vidhya Bharti Goa Paalak Vyaspeeth, Retired HoD Goa Polytechnic Bicholim, and Mr. Sandip Halyali, Secratary, Sacorda Panchyat were the speakers for the session.
