The talk began with the Team building exercise. All the staff members were divided into two groups and were asked to play a simple game of passing the ball using bed sheets. It was later highlighted on how this tug and pull is experienced between the faculty and the students while exchanging knowledge. Later Mr. Sammy shared his real life experiences to emphasize the fact that the ultimate objective of every individual is to be happy. He shared more experiences and events to support his statement. He also stressed upon the importance of family and team management in order to spread happiness. He concluded the talk by saying that happiness is achieved only by giving it. It is essential to pray regularly in order to understand the true meaning of happiness and to channelize all negative emotions.
All the staff members enjoyed the session and actively participated in the same.
